By accessing or using Shooters Shoot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Shooters Shoot provides an AI-powered basketball shooting diagnosis quiz. Users answer questions about their shooting form and receive an AI-generated scouting report that includes:

• An analysis of identified shooting flaws and weaknesses
• Strengths observed in your described shooting form
• A personalized fix plan with targeted drill recommendations
• Biomechanics-based corrective guidance

To use the Service, you must create an account. During registration, you will be asked to provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Password
• Age
• Team name (optional)
• Whether you are a coach or player

When you take the shooting quiz, your answers are processed and stored. The scouting reports and fix plans generated by our Service are produced using artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or quiz completion
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shooters Shoot and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers to deliver its functionality:

• Supabase — authentication, database storage, and file storage
• OpenAI — AI processing and generation of shooting analysis reports
• Mapbox — location-based map image generation for social proof features
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery for quiz results

We retain your account data, quiz answers, and generated results for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOOTERS SHOOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
